Maryland Vehicle Titling Association

Greetings and welcome to the October 2023 MVTA Member News!

Happy Halloween! We’re thrilled that the crisp fall air has arrived, and the kids are wearing some incredible costumes this year.

To kick off this month’s newsletter, the Board of Directors extends heartfelt gratitude to all the members who attended our MVTA Annual Membership Meeting. Your support and membership mean the world to us, and we’re eager to share valuable vendor resources with you in our upcoming membership Q&A meetings. Stay tuned for the 2024 schedule to be shared by email and posted.

We also want to express our immense appreciation to our sponsors: Dealertrack, FAST Enterprises, and Chesapeak Shredding. Without Dealertrack’s unwavering support, this event wouldn’t have been possible. Their partnership is essential for the success of our Member’s Tag and Title companies.

Our annual meeting this year was packed with exciting content, including special business announcements, informative breakout sessions, an expanded lineup of vendor resources, and, most importantly, expert speakers sharing their insights to assist our members in their daily business operations. We were honored to have Maryland Comptroller Brooke E. Lierman and MDOT MVA Administrator Chrissy Nizer provide updates directly to our membership. It was an opportunity for us to both listen and make our presence felt.
