As you may have noticed, we are moving away from the traditional newsletter format to quick snippets that are “hot off the press”. We hope you find these emails helpful!
News:
- MVA – The planned updates to Customer Connect did not happen last week, and have been rescheduled for THIS SUNDAY, APRIL 14, 2025 from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. You may experience brief outages during this time.
- Some members have reported issues when ordering certain types of inventory. MVTA strongly suggests that you test ordering some inventory *before* you need it. Dealertrack is aware and working on this issue already. Anthony has opened a DT case if you would like to add to it: #15171689
- As you know, the Vitu and Dealertrack products will merge later this year. Now is your chance to give us your ideas and wish list to make it even better.

Reminders:
- Check your portal for updates DAILY, even if you don’t often use the portal. If you need to request a meeting with Business Licensing, the screenshots below may help. This should be your first line of defense to request resolution from the MVA. If you do reach out, please help us drive home the point that the letter section of the portal is very disorganized and difficult to use! The Archive feature is your friend! MVA does have a request in to make it user friendly but it is not yet a high priority for their IT Department.
