It’s been a while, and we’ve missed connecting with you. While things may have seemed quiet on the surface, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenesโ€”planning, improving, and laying the groundwork to serve you better. We’re excited to reconnect and keep you informed as we continue to grow and move our organization forward.

๐Ÿ“ Meeting Updates

MVA – We recently met with MVA representatives to discuss several operational and policy updates affecting our members. Topics included audit procedures, platform enhancements, and concerns surrounding recent COMAR changes. A full summary will be shared at the Annual Meeting.

Want to voice your feedback to the MVA? Please send questions or concerns to info@mvta.org before October 10th so we can address them at the meeting.

VITU – Vitu plans to begin beta testing a new platform in Q1 2026, in collaboration with the MVTA board. The full release is expected in Q2 2026, subject to changes based on feedback.  The board has requested a report limited to NMVTIS inquiries. Vitu is actively working on this request.

Inventory Error Update:
When inventory marked as โ€œmissingโ€ is re-added, users currently receive an error code due to MVAโ€™s new verification process.  Vitu is developing a โ€œskipโ€ button, allowing users to bypass the problematic inventory temporarily without reporting it to the state. The skipped inventory will automatically be used during your next inventory request.
