Dear MVTA Members,
The March 27, 2025 bulletin notified dealers and tag and title agencies of an inventory validation requirement that would be implemented on the evening of Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
Starting NOW, any existing inventory orders must be properly received in your system before you can place a new order for the same type of inventory (e.g., Flag tag standard B2016). As outlined in the Bulletin from March 3, 2025, please ensure all inventory orders are received promptly upon their arrival at your business.
ERT vendors are aware of this new validation and have successfully tested the system requirements. Should you experience any issues with placing or receiving inventory orders, please reach out to your ERT vendor for assistance.
