We are excited to announce a TEMPORARY SOLUTION to the ADDRESS CHANGE problem! Since Rollout #2 there have been issues with the ability to update addresses. During that time, the MVTA Board of Directors has worked tirelessly to develop a method to complete a customer’s address prior to the ability to process in ERT. We expect the new transaction to be available in Dealertrack ERT in Q4 2022. Until then, please see the BULLETIN FROM 8/31 for instructions.
